This Fortified is named after my father-in-law, Iber, who enjoys the odd glass or two on special occasions. Iber was born in Tunisia, moved to France as a child, then eventually settled in Israel, where he married Michali and they had seven children. To date they have fifteen grandchildren. Now you know why he needs a glass so often!
