This wine is named my wife Hani, who emigrated to Australia and her 3 sisters Ori, Alice and Oren who all live in Israel. These low cropping Chardonnay grapes were grown in premium Adelaide Hills vineyards in South Australia, which have an ideal climate for Chardonnay. The wine is zesty and an extra dry sparkling wine, with enticing fruit flavours. It is suitable to enjoy with white meats and seafood.
